Privacy policy
What happens to what you write to us. This page follows Article 13 of the GDPR, which lists what has to be told to you at the moment your data is collected.

Controller
ENVO SRL, Au Fonds Râce 31, 4300 Waremme, Belgium. Enterprise number BE 0767.875.259. For any question about your data: info@envosrl.com or +32 4 242 47 39.
No data protection officer is appointed. The GDPR requires one only of public authorities and of organisations carrying out large-scale monitoring or large-scale processing of sensitive data, which is not the case here.
What we collect, what for, and on what basis
The site has two forms and collects nothing outside them. There is no account, no newsletter, no profiling and no analytics.
- Quotation request and contact form
- Name, company, e-mail, phone, postcode, client type, message and the questionnaire answers. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Job application
- Name, e-mail, phone, message and the CV you attach. Purpose: to consider your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Form protection
- IP address and technical signals sent to the anti-abuse service. Purpose: to stop automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the interest being to keep the forms usable and the mailbox workable.
Do you have to provide this data?
No form is compulsory. But we cannot answer an enquiry without a way to reach you, nor consider an application without a CV: the fields marked as required are required for that reason and for no other.
Who receives it
ENVO SRL, and the providers strictly needed for the message to leave you and reach us. No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site, sends the forms’ e-mails and provides the anti-abuse protection, acting as a processor.
- The mail provider hosting the info@envosrl.com mailbox, where enquiries and applications arrive.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States, so a transfer outside the EEA is possible. It is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, incorporated into that provider’s data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that leads to no work: two years after the last exchange, then deleted.
- An enquiry that becomes a job: the statutory retention period for accounting records, ten years in Belgium.
- An application: six months after the decision, unless you agree to us keeping it longer.
- The site itself keeps nothing. The CV you attach leaves as an attachment to the e-mail and is stored on no server of this site.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of its processing, object to the processing, and ask for portability. Write to info@envosrl.com: we answer within a month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Automated decision-making
None. The quotation questionnaire chooses which questions to ask from the trade you pick, but it calculates no price, ranks nobody and decides nothing: what you send is read by a person.
