Power, network and cameras.
One contractor on site.
ENVO installs and certifies the electrics of homes and commercial buildings, and lays everything that runs through the same conduits: KNX automation, copper and fibre, cameras, fire and intrusion detection, EV charge points. Out of Waremme, in the province of Liege.
What we install
Seven trades that share the same drilling, the same conduits and the same distribution board. That is why they are all here.
Electrical installation
Homes and commercial buildings. Distribution board, circuits, lighting, sockets and controls, from the first hole to commissioning.
KNX building automation
The open standard, not a proprietary hub. Lighting, blinds, heating and supervision on a bus that any KNX integrator can still program, including when that is no longer us.
Network and fibre
Copper and fibre cabling, patch cabinet, active equipment, and link certification where it is asked for.
CCTV
Indoor and outdoor cameras, recorder, remote access. Registering the cameras as the law requires is part of the job.
Fire and intrusion detection
Detectors, panel, sirens, and alarm transmission to a phone or to a monitoring centre.
EV charge points
Single or three phase, one point or a whole car park, with load management where the supply will not carry the power asked of it.
Bringing an installation up to code
Survey of the defects, remedial work, and the approved inspection body’s visit prepared together with you.
A local firm, and what that changes
We are a small outfit. That is not a sales line, it is what makes the four points below possible.
- One person to talk to
- Whoever prices the job is whoever comes to do it. There is nobody to explain it to twice.
- A quotation line by line
- You see what has been counted, in what quantity, and what has not. A quotation on a single line cannot be discussed.
- An installation that passes inspection
- The RGIE, Belgium’s electrical code, is prepared for while the routes are being drawn, not the evening before the visit. We put the file together and we are there on the day.
- A building that stays usable
- We work zone by zone and put the power back on in the evening. A shop does not close because somebody is pulling cable.
Our work
The pictures below illustrate six of ENVO’s seven trades. They are not our own sites yet: those will replace them.
